Job description
GIK GRUPA is looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Engineer to lead and coordinate the construction of residential and commercial buildings in the Zagreb area. As a Civil Engineer, you will be the key person responsible for the successful implementation of projects from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with set deadlines, budget and quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- construction site coordination: management of daily activities on the construction site, coordination of the work of contractors, subcontractors and other subcontractors
- project organization: planning, organization and supervision of all phases of the project, from preparation to completion
- financial monitoring: monitoring and controlling project costs, ensuring that the project is implemented within the given budget
- project dynamics: time and resource management, ensuring the timely realization of all phases of the project
- investor representation: acting as the investor's representative on the construction site, ensuring that all work is in accordance with the investor's expectations and standards

What do we expect?
- University degree or university degree in construction
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar jobs

- Good organizational and communication skills.

- Computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Category B driver's license.
